Sponsorship and Fundraising

You may order the calendar online. The calendar is $20. 20% of the profit will be donated. If you decide to purchase a calendar, there will be an additional processing fee of $5 per order (which includes shipping and packaging), so that we can donate as much money to Sibley Heart Center. We are not selling the 2009 calendar after January 26, 2009. We are currently shooting sessions for the 2010 calendar. If you would like to participate in 2010 calendar please contact Cynthia Billingsley at 678-266-8953 or email info@heartprojectcalendar.com.

Corporate Sponsor:
You may participate as a sponsor for the production of the calendar. As a sponsor, your company logo will appear on a specific month of the calendar. You will also get a link from our page to your website. Please contact Theresa Burt at 770-846-1775 for more information about corporate sponsorship and partnering with the Heart Calendar Project to raise awareness about congenital heart defects.

Fund Raising Opportunity:
If you decide to participate as a fundraiser for 2010, you have the opportunity to partner with us in raising awareness of congenital heart defects by selling the calendars to family and friends. You are responsible for collecting the names and fees for people who would like to purchase a calendar. You will then submit an order for the calendars and we will get them to you. You will then have to disburse the calendars to all those who ordered them through you. We are not responsible for shipping as that fee will not be included as a fund raising option.
